Our selection and onboarding process includes in-depth interviews and credentialing to ensure that only the best participate/are involved.
Our algorithm selects three coaches for your leader. He chooses the one he prefers. This increases the affinity between coach and leaders as well as improves the satisfaction percentage/rate and efficiency in the results.
In Mindbly we like to measure everything. After each session, each manager fills in their progress, their level of satisfaction with the session and their coach, soft skills worked and areas of improvement. Dashboards and reporting are accessible to managers and HR.
Area managers and people in each participating manager’s team validate their progress. Your managers will work between sessions and HR can follow up the progress always respecting confidentiality.
